About PLWC

Paragould Light Water and Cable (PLWC) has long been a part of the great community of Paragould, AR. We are a not-for-profit municipal utility that is governed by a 5 member elected board of commissioners. PLWC offers quality electric, water, wastewater, cable, and Internet services at some of the lowest prices in the nation. The employees of PLWC take pride in their work and strive to make every customer happy, because they too are customers.
