Connect Service

Welcome to Paragould Light Water and Cable! To connect your utility service, simply call (870) 239-7700 or visit our Service Center at 1901 Jones Road and a PLWC representative will assist you. We ask that you request service at least one business day in advance to assure timely connection.

Connect Service Checklist:

  • Social Security Number of Owners and All Adult Occupants, or Federal Identification Number
  • Driver's License or Picture ID
  • Address to be Connected and Name of Landlord, If Renting
  • Rent Receipt or Lease Agreement, if Renting
  • Name, Address, and Telephone Number of Personal Reference (in case of emergency)
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Deposit - Amount Based Upon Estimated Two-Months Billing. (Security Bond May be Substituted Instead.)

***In order to connect electric and water service the same day, the customer must call or be at the PLWC office no later than 3:30pm. Later orders will be processed the next working day.

Disconnect Service

Should you move outside of the PLWC service area and need to disconnect your service, simply call (870) 239-7700 or visit our Service Center located at 1901 Jones Rd in Paragould and a PLWC representative will assist you. We ask that you request to be disconnected at least one business day in advance of your move.

  • Account Number and verification of secure information
  • Forwarding Address

Transferring Service

In the event that you need to transfer your PLWC service to another location within the PLWC service area, the process is simple. Call (870) 239-7700 or visit our Customer Service Center and a PLWC representative will assist you.

Transfer of Service Checklist:**

  • Account Number and verification of secure information
  • Current Address
  • New Address
  • Date of your move

PLWC will make the service transfer on the date you have specified.

** All outstanding utility charges must be paid in order to transfer service.

* Cable and Internet connect will depend on next available date and time for installation. The customer must be present in order for the cable and internet connect to take place.

Deposit Information

PLWC commercial and industrial service deposits are computed on the basis of two months average anticipated charges for the type and character of services supplied.
